System outage hits Judiciary amid Gachagua case

The Judiciary has announced a system intermittent outage that has affected critical operations such as efiling, case tracking and causelist systems.Case tracking is a system that enables the Judiciary to track the details of a case from registration to disposition.

On the other hand, causelist is a self-service portal that allows one to search and extract details of a case.

In a statement, the Judiciary confirmed that the technical team is working round the clock to resolve the issue and restore services.

  1. “We are experiencing a system intermittent outage on our efiling, CTS and Causelist systems. The technical team is working around the clock to ensure full system restoration,” the statement read in part.

Judiciary urged the public to forward timebound applications to the respective court stations’ email addresses and copy to automationdeputyregistrar@court.go.ke for processing.
